I work with higher education leaders at all levels to maximize their confidence and impact so they, and their students, will flourish.
As a consultant, I support college leaders to create inclusive processes to achieve desired outcomes.
As a coach, I work with clients to gain clarity on core values with the goal of increasing confidence and designing an intentionally aligned life.
My passion for learning began at age 3 when I asked my mom if I could go to writing school. Since then, I have found that working in higher education is a legitimate way to never leave school. As a higher ed professional, I am passionate about creating positive learning experiences and environments that lead to trust and psychological safety.
A Lifelong Commitment to Growth
I am a proud product of public education. I earned my BA in psychology at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, an MA in Community/Social Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and an EdD in Higher Education Administration at the University of Massachusetts Boston. I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a certified appreciative inquiry facilitator, a certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator, and a Gallup-trained CliftonStrengths coach.
