Join other badasses for a discussion about how making coaching accessible to leaders at all levels of the institution can help address institutional challenges. 

We’ll explore two chapters from the book Transformative Coaching for Faculty and Staff in Higher Education: Powerful Tools to Address Institutional Challenges. The chapters will include Chapter 14 Thriving in the Middle: How Coaching Can Empower Higher Ed Administrators and Chapter 12: Coaching for Productivity and Project Management.

Despite being centers for learning, colleges and universities are notoriously bad at developing leaders and managers. We will center our conversation on how coaching is different from typical professional and leadership development programs, and how moving coaching from a perk for a few executives to a shared practice can strengthen performance, well-being, productivity, and impact. We’ll talk about how you might introduce coaching and coaching questions to solve some of your individual or team challenges.
